Hope joined Seasons Ecology in 2021 and has developed a broad range of ecological experience. She assists with a variety of surveys and reporting, and undertakes desk‑based studies, Biodiversity Net Gain assessments (including metric calculations and supporting statements), as well as preparing Habitat Management and Monitoring Plans and Biodiversity Gain Plans to help discharge planning conditions. Hope also prepares and implements ecological Risk Avoidance Measures Method Statements, including acting as Ecological Clerk of Works to support their delivery on site. She is a Qualifying Member of CIEEM, reflecting her growing expertise and commitment to professional standards.
